1. Acceptance
By using go.carsquoters.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Our service
CarsQuoters is operated by MetricLink Labs LLC. CarsQuoters provides free, general car insurance guidance. We don't sell, quote, or bind insurance, and we don't refer you to insurance companies or agents. For decisions about your own policy, check with your insurer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident to submit a guidance request.
4. General education
Our content and guidance are general education, not individualized insurance, legal or financial advice. Your policy and your state's rules determine your coverage. Check with your insurer before making policy decisions.
5. Guidance requests
Submitting the guidance form asks CarsQuoters to contact you by email or phone about the help requested. We do not sell personal information or guarantee savings or any specific outcome. Please provide accurate information.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
CarsQuoters offers two separate optional text programs. CarsQuoters Request Updates sends automated informational texts about your own guidance request: confirmations, follow-ups with the guidance you asked for, and replies to your questions; these are not marketing messages. CarsQuoters Tips sends recurring automated marketing texts: car insurance tips and updates about our guidance services. Messages may be sent using an autodialer. CarsQuoters (operated by MetricLink Labs LLC) is the sole sender of both programs.
Each program has its own separate optional, initially unchecked checkbox on /get-started. You can join either, both, or neither. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to get guidance.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; STOP ends the program you reply to. Reply STOP ALL or email us to leave both. Reply HELP or email contact@carsquoters.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Intellectual property
The website and content are owned by MetricLink Labs LLC and protected by applicable laws.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MetricLink Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
