SMS Terms

1. Programs

CarsQuoters runs two separate text programs, each with its own optional opt-in checkbox: CarsQuoters Request Updates (informational) and CarsQuoters Tips (marketing).

2. Description

CarsQuoters Request Updates sends automated texts about your own guidance request: confirmations, follow-ups with the guidance you asked for, and replies to your questions. These are not marketing messages.

CarsQuoters Tips sends recurring automated marketing texts: car insurance tips and updates about CarsQuoters guidance services. Messages may be sent using an autodialer. CarsQuoters (operated by MetricLink Labs LLC) is the sole sender of both programs.

3. How to opt in

Each program has its own optional, initially unchecked checkbox at https://go.carsquoters.com/get-started. You can join either, both, or neither. Consent is never required to get guidance and is not a condition of any purchase. The Terms/Privacy agreement is separate.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

5. Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply.

6. Opt-out

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. STOP ends the program you reply to; reply STOP ALL or email contact@carsquoters.com to leave both. You will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages from the program you left will be sent unless you opt in again.

Tips

9. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
