2. Program description

If you opt in, you will receive recurring automated account and service update text messages related to your car insurance quote request — including quote confirmations, rate comparison updates, reminders, and account or service notifications. CarsQuoters (operated by MetricLink Labs LLC) is the sole sender of messages under this program. Opting in does not authorize any insurer, agency, lead buyer, marketing partner, affiliate, or other brand to call or text you.

3. How to opt in

SMS opt-in is entirely optional. On our quote form, the SMS consent checkbox is separate from your agreement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and is unchecked by default. You opt in by checking that box and submitting your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message and data rates may apply. Check the plan you have with your mobile carrier.

6. Opt-out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

8. Privacy

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.

9. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
