This Privacy Policy describes how CarsQuoters ("we", "us"), a service operated by MetricLink Labs LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit go.carsquoters.com or submit our quote form.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and vehicle and driver details when you complete the quote form. We also collect limited automatic information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

We use the information you submit to prepare your personalized quote comparison and to send you the quotes and updates you requested, by email and phone. If you separately opt in, we may also send recurring automated account and service update text messages from CarsQuoters about your quote request; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We also use information to operate and improve our website and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The information you submit stays with CarsQuoters and is used to prepare your quote comparison and to communicate with you about it. We disclose personal information only to service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, in response to legal process, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely to support our business operations (such as messaging providers and customer support vendors). Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. SMS Communications

If you separately and optionally opt in on our quote form, CarsQuoters (operated by MetricLink Labs LLC) sends recurring automated account and service update text messages about your car insurance quote request. CarsQuoters is the sole sender; SMS opt-in is never required to submit a quote request or to purchase any goods or services.

We never share phone numbers, mobile information, or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never sell them. Such data is disclosed only to the messaging service providers that deliver messages on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time — you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@carsquoters.com or (888) 905-2130.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We retain records of your SMS consent — including the verbatim consent language, the date and time of opt-in, and any subsequent opt-out — for at least four (4) years after the consent is given or withdrawn, in order to document compliance with applicable telemarketing and messaging regulations. 6. Your choices

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

9. Children

CarsQuoters is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes
